Five practices that keep borrowing each other's tools

Each one works on its own. Together they cover the whole road: from what you know, to who hears about it, to whether they stick around afterwards.

01 · Practice

E-Learning

Knowing something and being able to teach it are famously different skills. We turn the first into the second. Courses, academies and onboarding paths built around how attention actually behaves: short units, real tasks, and assessment that measures whether someone can do the thing.

  • Instructional design and curriculum architecture
  • Video, motion and interactive lesson production
  • LMS choice, setup and the content migration nobody enjoys
  • Customer onboarding and product academies
  • Certification paths, assessments and reporting
  • Localisation, because six languages is our normal

What you get out of it

People reach the end
Modular lessons and visible progress keep learners moving instead of quietly closing the tab.
Faster ramp-up
New hires and new customers get competent without eating your senior team's calendar.
A library, not a lump
Content built as components you can recut for the next audience.

02 · Practice

Digital Marketing

We like marketing that compounds: a position you can defend, content that answers questions people are genuinely typing, and the plumbing (analytics, CRM, automation) that shows you which half of the budget is working. It's usually not the half anyone expected.

  • Positioning, messaging and content strategy
  • SEO: technical, on-page and topical authority
  • Editorial production and distribution
  • Email, lifecycle and marketing automation
  • Landing pages and conversion-rate optimisation
  • Analytics, attribution and dashboards you'll actually open

What you get out of it

Traffic that keeps arriving
Organic channels still paying you back long after the invoice cleared.
Fewer, better leads
The message does the filtering, so your sales calls stop being free consulting.
Arguments you can win
One source of truth for what each channel actually contributed.

03 · Practice

Advertising

Paid media rewards whoever tests fastest, not whoever has the prettiest deck. We run creative and budget as one loop, with concepts, iterations and spend decisions landing in the same week, across search, social, video and programmatic. We do this every day on our own accounts, which concentrates the mind.

  • Paid search, paid social and display
  • Creative concepting, copywriting and production
  • Structured testing instead of vibes
  • Audience strategy, retargeting and exclusions
  • Budget planning, pacing and bid management
  • Tracking, conversion API and honest reporting

What you get out of it

Cheaper acquisition
Winners found sooner, losers switched off before payday.
Scaling that holds
Budget increases that keep their efficiency rather than falling over at 3x.
Numbers you can trust
Tracking that still works under modern privacy rules.

04 · Practice

Consulting

Sometimes the problem isn't execution, it's direction, and everyone internally is too close to say so. We come in as a senior second opinion, audit what exists, name the actual bottleneck, and leave a plan your own team can run without us hovering.

  • Growth and go-to-market strategy
  • Marketing, content and channel audits
  • Martech review and vendor selection
  • Measurement frameworks and KPI design
  • Team structure, hiring briefs and enablement
  • Workshops and training sessions

What you get out of it

One priority
A ranked roadmap instead of ten initiatives politely competing.
A team that can cope
Enablement built in, so dependency doesn't become the deliverable.
Right-sized tooling
A stack matched to your stage, not to whoever had the best sales engineer.

05 · Practice

Apps & Plugins

We write software mostly because we got tired of not having it. Native macOS apps that do one job and get out of the way, plugins that teach an existing platform the one trick it's missing, and the automations holding six live projects together behind the scenes. If you need something small, specific and genuinely yours, this is that.

  • Native macOS apps: small utilities, internal tools, menu-bar helpers
  • WordPress and LMS plugins
  • Browser extensions
  • AI features: retrieval, chat interfaces, source-cited answers
  • Integrations, automations and the scripts that stop manual CSVs
  • Maintenance, updates and notarised distribution

What you get out of it

A tool shaped like your problem
Not a subscription to something that does 60% of it plus four things you'll never use.
Native where it counts
Fast, quiet, offline-friendly Mac software rather than a browser wearing a costume.
Yours to keep
Source, docs and build instructions handed over with the app.

Engagement models

Three ways to put us to work

Whichever you pick, it starts the same way: a scoping call and a written proposal with objectives, deliverables, timeline and price. Nothing gets signed before you know all four.

Project

A defined outcome with a date attached: a course to launch, a site to rebuild, an app to ship.

Retainer

A monthly block of senior time when you need continuity across content, media and measurement.

Advisory

Regular sessions with your in-house team: direction, review, unblocking. You keep the steering wheel.

Questions

Things people ask before writing

Do you work with clients outside the UAE?

Constantly. We're registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis and most of our own audience is in Europe. Calls get scheduled around your timezone, not ours.

Which languages do you produce content in?

English natively. Our own platforms ship in six languages, so we have a tested pipeline and vetted translators for the rest, always with editorial review on top.

How quickly can something start?

Scoping usually takes about a week from the first call. Delivery depends on current capacity, and we'll tell you honestly rather than promise a date we'd miss.

Can you work alongside our in-house team?

That's our favourite setup. We plug into your tools and rituals, and knowledge transfer is written into the scope from day one.

Do you really build Mac apps, or is that a side hobby?

Both, honestly. It started as internal tooling for our own platforms and grew into something we now do for clients. Ask us what we've shipped and we'll show you.

Not sure which of the five you need?

Most problems turn out to need two or three of them at once. Have a look at how they combine on our own platforms. It's more honest than any description.
