What happens after you write
We read it properly. An answer comes back from a person, written for your situation. No autoresponder, no sequence, no “we’ve received your enquiry”.
We ask the awkward questions. Usually the two or three things we'd need to know before quoting anything sensible.
Then we talk. Half an hour on a call, followed by a written proposal with scope, timeline and price. You decide from there.
If we're the wrong people for it, you'll hear that in the first reply rather than three meetings later.
